Mudras

These hand mudras control physical functions of the body

These hand mudras control the lobular breathing of the lungs

The mudras send a signal to the brain which instructs the respiritory centre telling it which lobe to breathe in to

Each lobe can be inflated and deflated independently from each other with the use of Shunya mudra

Brahma mudra controls all segments of the respiritory centre (Aaprakasha Bindu) and so the full breath happens here
